Conditions for new retailePayments can be made by cheque, electronic funds transfer, Tel-Pay and payment cards (Visa or MasterCard.)


All prices, terms and conditions and descriptions are subject to change without notice.
Taxes and shipping costs are not included in the displayed price.
Minimum orders are $200, before taxes and fees.

Ryeka Sport does not accept returns or credits on expired products.Every effort has been made to ensure that all promotional material is complete and accurate; errors may occur.


PRICING POLICIES
Ryeka Sport reserves the right, without warning and assuming any responsibility, to cancel any order in progress and refuse access to products/suppliers if the customer violates the pricing policy.


MAP (Minimum Advertised Price) & Internet Sales}
Ryeka Sport applies all MSRP (Manufacturer Suggested Retail Price) and MAP programs as established by our suppliers, Canadian price lists, catalogue and/or our supplier policy agreement. Ryeka Sport supports and recommends that its retailers use the Internet to promote and increase their business model.


PAYMENT

Payments can be made by cheque, electronic funds transfer (EFT), Interac Pay, Tel-Pay, VISA and MasterCard.


Conditions
Ryeka Sport offers payment terms:
Credit card at the time of first shipment
Net 30 days, subject to credit approval

All new accounts will need to make a payment with a credit card at the time of shipment of their first order, before they can benefit from the 30-day net terms, subject to credit check and approval.
Accounts that do not meet the 30-day net terms will be switched to credit card payments.
Credit card payments made after the shipping date will be charged a 3% convenience fee.


ORDERS
Minimum orders are $200, before taxes and shipping.
Orders will be shipped within 1-2 business days.
New dealer orders require a program opening order of at least $1,500.
Special orders are subject to longer lead times and constitute a final sale.


B2B Portal
Orders can be placed online 24/7 on the B2B portal.

Pending Orders
Pending orders will be maintained for at least 30 days, at the discretion of Ryeka Sport.
All available pending orders will be shipped automatically with your next order within 30 days.
Out-of-stock items may be cancelled within 30 days of your request.


FREIGHT
All regular ground shipments will be shipped by courier from Ryeka Sport
Free shipping on orders over $600, before taxes.
Flat shipping fee of $15 on orders over $300, before taxes.
Flat rate shipping of $21 on orders under $299 before taxes.
 

All shipping costs are in Canadian dollars, including all customs and brokerage fees.
Your shipment may be subject to shipping costs to a remote area; please check with us at the time of ordering.
Third party shipping will incur a $10 service fee.


PRODUCT DATING
Ryeka Sport distributes products with a minimum shelf life of 60 days, unless otherwise stated. Health Canada Shelf Life Policy: "Best Before Date", also known as Shelf Life Date, provides information about the shelf life and when the product should be consumed. It shall set out the anticipated period during which an unopened food product, when stored under appropriate conditions, will retain its freshness, taste, nutritional value or other qualities claimed by the manufacturer. Expiry dates do not guarantee the safety of the products.
 

Retailer Inventory Management

All products distributed by Ryeka Sport will indicate a durable/better lifespan before/expiration date and should be taken into account when ordering products. First in, first out (FIFO) should be the approach taken when ordering food products.
Ryeka Sport does not accept returns or credits on expired products.


PRODUCT RETURNS

All request require authorization from Ryeka Sport and must obtain a Return Authorization Number (RA#) to proceed.
Contact us within 10 working days of receipt

Ryeka Sport does not accept returns on:
products shipped accurately
special order products
expired products
excess inventories

and reserves the right to refuse to issue an RA#.


PRODUCT CLAIMS
Missing deliveries and products of short duration (<60 days), damaged or incorrectly shipped must be reported within 10 working days of receipt of the goods.
Applicable credits will be applied to your next order.
