how to use

One serving gives you 57 g of carbohydrates and 230 calories, plus the electrolytes lost in sweat, to fuel and hydrate your big efforts. Use more or less mix per bottle depending on your carb needs.

7 scoops = 100 g carbs, 400 calories
4 scoops = 57 g carbs, 230 calories
2 scoops = 28.5 g carbs, 115 calories

As a starting point, add 4 scoops to 7 scoops to an empty, dry 375 ml to 600 ml bottle, partially fill with water, shake well, then add more water and shake again.
